PER THE DEED RESTRICTIONS THIS FORM IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
(d) All new construction after May 15, 2012 will meet all of the following restrictions:
(1) All new construction will be subject to approval by the Architectural
Committee before construction begins.
New construction is defined as construction of a new structure of more than 150 square feet; remodeling of the lines of the existing structure either in a horizontal or vertical direction; or remodeling or changing the face of the structure that is visible from the street.
The Architect Committee has absolutely nothing to do with interior renovations and the Inspections are only to verify compliance with current Deed Restrictions & the approval issued including any variances that were approved. The architect committee assumes no liability over any and all engineering/mechanical /structural integrity of the project.
